Rally collects as little as it can to get you on court. Here is all of it.

What we collect

• Your first name, mobile number and tennis level, when you first join or post a match.
• The matches you post and join, whether they happened, and any reports you send.
• If you pay a fee: a record of the payment from Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Anonymous page-view statistics (Vercel Analytics, no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• A sign-in cookie so the app remembers you on this device.

Who sees what

• Anyone browsing Rally sees your first name, level, how many matches you’ve played, and the matches you post. Once you have three verified singles results in 90 days, the public ladder shows your first name, level, matches played and wins.
• Your number goes only to the other player in a match, once you’re matched.
• Service providers that run Rally for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and an SMS provider for texts about your matches. They only use your data to provide that service.

We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or show ads.

Location

“Near me” and the map’s locate button use your location inside your browser, only when you tap them. It isn’t sent to or stored by Rally.

Keeping and deleting

Delete your account any time from your profile. That cancels your upcoming matches and erases your name and number within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires, and may keep a record of safety reports to protect other players.

Texts

Texts are not on yet. When they are, we will text you only about your own matches: a code to sign in, when someone joins, leaves or cancels, a reminder before you play, a check-in afterwards, and alerts you ask for.

Apart from sign-in codes you ask for, no texts between 10pm and 7am New York time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. We don’t share your mobile number or your consent to get texts with anyone for marketing.
