Eight red-clay courts (6 doubles, 2 singles-width) under an air-supported bubble wedged beneath the Queensboro Bridge. Pay-by-the-hour with a big teaching staff, popular with Upper East Siders all winter; in summer the bubble comes off and the site reverts to a public Parks facility. Non-marking flat-soled shoes required.
