The original 1939 courts closed in 2021 for the East Side Coastal Resiliency project and were rebuilt on raised ground; six reopened in May 2025 and the rest in September 2025, so all 12 are back. Riverside with Williamsburg Bridge views, extremely busy on weekends, with a rackets-in-the-fence queue system.
